Dual Dispenser Operating Instructions

To get started, date bag with permanent marker.  Preheat a bag of Gehl’s 80 oz cheese and/or chili sauce (preheating takes 4-6 hours) and remove the cap with the puncture tool provided with your dispenser. Puncture the bag by inserting the tool and twisting it.  Then attach the valve to the bag fitment and fasten securely using the screw collar. The valve opening should be facing downward.

Put the bag with the fastened valve into dispenser. Using the guides on the side of the valve, slide the valve down until it fits securely into the U-shaped opening in the dispenser pan. Place weight on top of bag for easy dispensing. Note: Place a second bag of sauce on top of the first bag for preheating. It’s important to know that the heated shelf life begins during the preheating.

Machine holds yellow cheese for up to 5 days and chili for up to 7 days to maximize profits and minimize waste.

Place the lid and the valve guard on the dispenser to allow proper heating and keep hot air in.  Never leave a dispenser operating without the Lid and Valve Guard in place. Watch our Gehl's Dual HT2 Dispenser Training Video for more information.
