To get started, remove a commercially-sterile, ready-to-serve bag and a clean hose from the case. Attach the hose to the bag, date the bag, and load it into dispenser to heat. This dispenser takes 4-6 hours preheat. Once the sauce is heated to a food-safe temperature of 140-165°F, you are ready to serve delicious, ooey-gooey cheese sauce all day long. Machine holds cheese for up to 5 days and chili for up to 7 days to maximize profits and minimize waste.
